Call for local short film
Two roles for post apocalyptic story entitled Razed:
1: Female, 22 – 35 years old, average build, confused
and depressed attitude.
2: Male, preferably non-caucasion 22 – 35 years old,
good physical condition, cocky and self-centered
Audition location: Barnesville Lamar County Library.
Saturday October 4, 10:15am til 12:15pm.
No pay, but credit/meals/fun
Please bring any
information you think will be helpful in evaluating your
qualifications: Headshot, Resume, Contacts, etc. These are
not required, but might prove useful.
The two
roles for which we are casting are part of a group of seven
people trapped in a basement. Outside the basement is an
undefined, vague, and never seen collection of machines
that has disrupted normal society. This group of seven is
tired, hungry, despondent and demoralized. Over the last
few weeks they have each witnessed every effort by
individuals and groups fail utterly. There is no
communication with other people; no social order has
existed for weeks. They know only exhaustion, hopelessness
and a cramped dirty basement that has no food or water.
Participants in the basement group will shoot two scenes on
one day. Plan to spend approximately 10 hours on set. The
location is in downtown Barnesville and everyone is
expected to provide their own transportation.
Food, refreshments, and normal amenities will be provided
during production.
Upon completion of the project, all cast and crew will
receive a copy of the film.
